At Mindvedic , we are committed to providing high-quality career coaching services, personalized guidance, and valuable resources to help individuals achieve their professional goals. Since our services involve time, expertise, and digital resources, we have a strict no-refund policy.
1. No Refund PolicyAs a service-based business, all payments made for career coaching or Career Counseling , training programs, consultations, and digital resources are non-refundable. Once a session, package, or course is booked and paid for, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:• Change of mind or personal reasons.• Dissatisfaction with coaching outcomes (as results depend on individual effort and application).• Inability to attend scheduled sessions.• Partial use or non-use of a purchased service.
2. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy• One-on-One Coaching: Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide timely notice may result in the session being forfeited without a refund.• Group Coaching & Workshops: Due to the structured nature of group sessions, missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or refunded.• Digital Products & Online Courses: Once access is granted to course materials, no refunds or cancellations will be processed.
3. Exceptional CircumstancesWhile we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we understand that emergencies happen. In rare and exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen personal crises, we may offer a credit or rescheduling option at our sole discretion. Clients must provide valid documentation for consideration.
4. Refund Eligibility for Technical IssuesIf you face technical issues preventing access to our digital content (e.g., online courses, templates), we will first attempt to resolve the issue. If a resolution is not possible within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer a credit for future use.
